Hi, my name is Alton and I work as a general manager in the hospitality industry. I hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration. I am working toward using my experience in hospitality and small business management to begin a new career in data analytics.
From a young age, solving puzzles has been my passion. When it comes to big data sets, I see them as one grand puzzle awaiting my attention.
Throughout my hospitality career I have utilized data to drive my decision making and improve processes. Recently, I have been working to improve my technical skills and put them to the test by doing data projects. Check out my portfolio!
Beyond my professional pursuits, I am a lifelong hockey player who enjoys travel and adventures. One of my most favorite experiences was riding above the vineyards of Seneca Lake in a hot air balloon.
In my leisure time, I find joy in spending quality moments with friends, immersing myself in lake activities, and fostering a continuous hunger for knowledge. Every day, I strive to learn something new and embrace the joy of discovery.
